The SCS-MOS (Solar Charging Sight) is an optic that attaches directly to full-size GLOCK™ MOS slides. There’s no separate need for an adapter plate.
It comes with a solar charging system with light sensors that adjust brightness automatically based on lighting conditions. The internal rechargeable battery can go up to 20,000 hours. This means with regular exposure to bright light, you won’t have to worry about changing batteries.
If needed, the brightness can be locked at a high setting for 30 minutes with the help of the intensity override function. A low power indicator gives a warning days before the battery needs charging. You’ll have enough time to recharge before it runs out.
